Do you deliver across India?
Yes. KitchenStock currently delivers across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery location.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available for selected products and serviceable locations. Available payment options are displayed at checkout.
How can I track my order?
You can check your order status through your KitchenStock Customer Account under Orders. Tracking information will be provided when available.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, courier service, and other factors. Estimated delivery information is provided during the ordering process or in your order confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can generally be cancelled before they are fulfilled, subject to KitchenStock’s cancellation rules.
Can I return a product?
Eligible products can generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.
How will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds will normally be issued as KitchenStock Store Credit (Wallet) to your customer account.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact KitchenStock Customer Support as soon as possible and provide your order details along with photographs or videos of the product and packaging when requested.
What if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact Customer Support with your order details. After verification, we will process the eligible return, replacement, or refund according to our policy.
Where can I see my KitchenStock Wallet balance?
Your available Store Credit balance can be viewed through your KitchenStock Customer Account.
Can I use my Store Credit for future purchases?
Yes. Available KitchenStock Store Credit can be used toward eligible future purchases, subject to applicable terms.
What payment methods are available?
Available online payment methods are displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery may also be available for eligible products and locations.
